Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the annual operating plan process

Collaborate with stakeholders to implement the process

Evaluate and challenge departmental proposals

Ensure financial statements are accurately integrated and represented

Lead the creation of the annual plan presentation for senior management

Drive efforts to meet targets

Partner with teams across the organization to project the remaining year’s P&L and provide periodic updates

Consolidate risks and opportunities outside of the forecast

Recommend actions to bridge gaps in profitability targets

Work with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure actions are executed and results are achieved

Support strategic decision-making

Develop and manage the company’s long-range financial planning model to facilitate strategic planning

Assess large-scale strategic initiatives from a financial standpoint

Lead and assist with ad-hoc requests, special projects, and provide support to the finance team as needed

Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in Finance (Commercial Finance, Operations Finance, FP&A)

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics

Ability to model all financial statements

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

In-depth knowledge of GAAP accounting and financial reporting

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, G-Suite, and ERP systems

A meticulous profile with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, demonstrated in complex business settings

Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing abilities

A proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time position is based at our headquarters.

We currently operate under a hybrid model requiring in-person work for a portion of the week.
