Position Summary

The Project Manager plays a crucial role in the comprehensive planning and scheduling of projects, resource management, financial oversight, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. The responsibilities of the Project Manager encompass a wide range of project management areas, including:

  • Project Planning and Scheduling (experience with Microsoft Project is advantageous)
  • Project Cost Management (familiarity with Vista or similar software is beneficial)
  • Time Management
  • Quality Control of Project Specifications
  • Contract Management
  • Safety Oversight

Qualifications

  • Ability to contribute effectively to construction projects ranging from $2M to $25M, covering all phases from land clearing to pavement markings
  • Willingness to travel regionally as required
