Job Title: Master Hyundai Technician

Job Summary:
McDonough Hyundai is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Hyundai Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Hyundai vehicles, adhering to manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols
- Conduct diagnostic tests and identify complex mechanical issues using modern diagnostic equipment
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues and recommended repairs
- Complete repairs efficiently and accurately, meeting or exceeding customer expectations
- Utilize dealership resources efficiently to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Hyundai certification or minimum of 2 years of experience as a Hyundai technician
- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostic and repair procedures
- Ability to use modern diagnostic tools and equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Effective communication skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
