The Manufacturing Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing the daily functions of the production area. This position is essential for ensuring that production goals are achieved while upholding stringent quality standards, safety measures, and efficient resource utilization within a food and beverage production setting. The Manufacturing Operations Supervisor will direct and synchronize the efforts of production personnel, guaranteeing maximum productivity and compliance with company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily manufacturing operations to promote effective workflow and ensure timely achievement of production timelines.
  • Assess production processes to identify improvement opportunities and implement strategies that enhance efficiency, minimize waste, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Guide, train, and develop production team members, including managing schedules and task assignments.
  • Reduce production interruptions by ensuring that machinery is well-maintained and fully operational.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
