We are seeking a skilled Donut Fryer/Finisher to join our Bakery team at Festival Foods. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality donuts that meet our guests' expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Mix, fry, and decorate donuts to meet quality and quantity standards
- Ensure accurate measurements and minimize waste to reduce shrink
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests
- Assist guests with finding items and take orders for cakes and special requests
- Packages and prices items from the service case
- Answer the telephone and assist guests using proper phone etiquette
- Maintain adequate levels of supplies in the bakery
- Contribute to overall department goals and objectives
- Ensure all quality standards are being met, including quantity expectations
- Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with guests and all personnel
- Follow all safety requirements and company safety policies
- Proper training and knowledge of equipment and procedures
- Must be over the age of 18
The Donut Fryer/Finisher is an hourly position that may be part-time or full-time. The work schedule will generally include mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays, with the flexibility to work evenings or overnight as needed.
