Role Summary:
The Finance Systems Analyst will report directly to the Assistant Vice President of Finance Systems within the Center of Excellence group. This specialized team focuses on data-driven projects primarily related to finance and accounting functions, requiring advanced analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute routine and ad-hoc system administration tasks to facilitate business operations.
- Transform and visualize data into actionable insights to identify trends and patterns that address business challenges and enhance key performance indicators.
- Deliver a customer-focused experience for business partners.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, process flows, and diagrams.
- Provide training and support to end users regarding project solution functionalities and procedures.
- Utilize existing accounting and finance systems to enhance efficiencies and automation (e.g., Oracle, TrinTech-Cadency & ReconNet, Ariba, Concur).
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.
- Lead project development throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management and Technology teams on various initiatives.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships within Finance, Technology, other business units, and third-party vendors.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis, modeling, and additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Business, or Economics (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx).

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of SOX controls and compliance in financial reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and programming languages, such as SQL and Python.

Compensation:
- The pay range for this position is $52,240-$78,360 per year. Actual base salary may vary based on factors such as relevant skills, prior experience, education, internal peer salaries, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
