Company Overview:
360 Painting of Columbus is a prominent and rapidly expanding national painting enterprise, focusing on both residential and commercial projects. Recognized by Entrepreneur Magazine as a leading painting company, we are seeking skilled Painters to represent our brand on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute interior and exterior painting and staining for residential and select light commercial properties
  • Adhere to schedules and uphold quality standards to meet customer expectations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service alongside high-quality workmanship
  • Oversee maintenance of company vehicles and equipment
  • Complete necessary documentation related to job sites
  • Ensure safety protocols and cleanliness at job sites
  • Collaborate effectively with fellow team members at 360 Painting
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Possess a minimum of $1,000,000 General Liability/Workers' Compensation insurance and be bonded
  • Ability to manage crews of 2-8 individuals
  • Prior experience in painting is required, along with a willingness to learn
  • Punctuality and reliability in maintaining schedules
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Self-motivated and proactive work ethic
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and insurability
  • High energy levels and physical stamina
Education and Experience:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in residential and/or commercial painting
