Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of vehicle offerings and inventory.
  • Clearly articulate the features and advantages of various vehicle models.
  • Accurately assess customer needs to facilitate vehicle purchases.
  • Stay informed about competitor offerings and their strengths and weaknesses.
  • Utilize test drives effectively to highlight product features.
  • Participate actively in all sales training sessions.

  • Conduct follow-ups with existing customers and prospects.
  • Greet visitors warmly and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Adhere to confidentiality and compliance policies.

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service orientation.

Physical Demands:

  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 20 lbs.
