Healthcare Nursing Specialist

The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care. As a nursing professional, you will be responsible for performing a competent level of nursing care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing various medical procedures, and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A BSN or MSN degree
- Current RN licensure in one of the 23 states listed below: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and location
