Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all functions of the CES and fresh departments, including inventory management, customer service, and sales growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability in assigned areas.
  • Train, motivate, and develop staff to execute high standards of customer service, freshness, and in-stock levels.
  • Ensure appealing presentation and pricing standards are maintained in assigned areas.
  • Utilize computer systems to manage inventory, track sales, and analyze customer data.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including managing cash handling and ensuring store security.
  • Model and promote our company's cultural beliefs and values.
  • Ensure a safe and clean work environment for staff and customers.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Three (3) years' experience in a retail setting, restaurant, or customer service environment.
  • Supervisory or lead experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible hourly schedule, including holidays and weekends.
  • Competency and proficiency with computer use, word processing, email, and internet software.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and make recommendations based on sound business knowledge and commercial acumen.
