We are seeking a highly skilled Pilot Plant Chromatography Specialist to join our team at NebulaTech. As a key member of our Pilot Plant team, you will be responsible for optimizing process set-ups and workflows to ensure process conditions are comparable to full-scale routine manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Optimization: Develop and implement process optimization strategies to improve efficiency and productivity in pilot-scale manufacturing.
- Chromatography Expertise: Provide subject matter expertise in chromatography applications and processes, including process development, scale-up, and technology transfer.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to present and coordinate activities relevant to manufacturing of pilot-scale batches.
- Process Development: Develop and implement new processes and workflows to support the manufacturing of materials for various studies during process development activities.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in pilot plant operations, chromatography, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of chromatography principles and applications, process optimization, and process development.
