Job Title: Financial Systems Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Systems Analyst to join our team at Race Communications. As a Financial Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving our financial systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and functionality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop, implement, and optimize business application systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze existing financial systems to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop, implement, and optimize business application systems
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and functionality of financial systems
  • Support the organization's strategic financial objectives
  • Provide expert end-to-end knowledge to users in automated financial systems and use of financial system applications

Requirements:

  • Eligibility for US Employment without sponsorship
  • Minimum of 18 years of age
  • Bachelors degree (B.A./B.S.) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent education in a related field of study is preferred
  • The ability to effectively communicate in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension, as necessary for effective job performance and workplace communication
  • Two or more years of experience in FP&A, Accounting or related experience working with financial planning systems
  • Possess advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel using advanced formulas, pivots, charts, and graphs, data imports and database optimization
  • Familiarity of automation/programming as it relates to financial systems
  • Familiarity with the Sales Force ecosystem and the ability to operate as the SME on financial systems is a bonus
