Alstom is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Superintendent to lead the maintenance and rehabilitation of our rail rolling stock fleet. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our trains, as well as overseeing the maintenance of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of maintenance personnel to ensure the safe and efficient operation of rail rolling stock
- Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
- Oversee the maintenance of rail rolling stock, including locomotives, cab cars, and coach cars
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Bachelor's degree in Transportation or related field
- 8+ years of experience in rail rolling stock maintenance and operations
- Proven track record of leadership and management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Competitive salary range: $108,000 - $148,500
