Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Analyst to join our team at Veolia North America. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and administering our compensation programs and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct compensation analysis for HRBPs and managers to ensure fair and competitive pay practices.
  • Participate in compensation project initiatives and contribute to project deliverables.
  • Support the administration of annual merit and incentive reviews, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and leadership to roll out changes to company-wide compensation programs.
  • Develop and document compensation procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Prepare compensation data models and analytics for mergers and acquisitions.
  • Assist the Compensation team on various projects, including job architecture, program design, analysis, budgeting, and implementation.
  • Manage survey processes, including recommending new sources, tracking budgets, and resolving follow-up issues.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including FLSA and EEO regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • At least five years of progressive experience in compensation analysis, design, implementation, and administration.
  • Experience with Success Factors preferred.
