Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. This individual will provide exceptional client service to an existing book of personal accounts, while also educating clients on personal lines insurance options. The ideal candidate will be a professional who is passionate about building client relationships, making an impact, and helping drive better decision making around personal insurance options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a book of personal accounts, including marketing to carriers and preparing quotes and proposals.
  • Respond to policy inquiries and maintain renewal controls on expirations and binders.
  • Check policies/endorsements/audits for accuracy and maintain accurate and organized account files.
  • Understand customer needs and the products or services that can align with their needs.
  • Develop and maintain productive business relationships with customers to increase access and sales results.
  • Stay current with database information and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the US.
  • Property and casualty license required.
  • 4-5+ years of insurance experience required.
  • High school diploma required.
