Dialysis Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Dialysis Nurse Specialist to join our team at Innovative Renal Care. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to individuals suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).
About the RoleThis position is all about building strong relationships with patients and their families. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to each patient's unique needs.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care, adhering to established standards and guidelines.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs.
- Develop and implement effective care plans, collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of patient progress and treatment.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.
- A valid Registered Nurse License in the state of practice.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Prior experience in dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing is preferred but not required.
