Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have a Master's degree from an accredited school of social work (MSW) and current state licensure (e.g., LCSW, LMSW). Two years of clinical work experience, preferably in an ESRD setting, are required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
Responsibilities- Assessing, educating, and collaborating with patients on care planning.
- Guiding patients in managing the physical, mental, and emotional demands of End Stage Renal Disease.
- Master's degree from an accredited school of social work (MSW).
- Current state licensure (e.g., LCSW, LMSW).
- Two years of clinical work experience, preferably in an ESRD setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
An estimated salary range for this position is between $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
