As a Sales Associate Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently, while also providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Lead sales associates in achieving sales and customer service goals.
  2. Manage inventory levels and maintain a clean and organized store.
  3. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register and scanner.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training).
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

**About the Role:**

This is a full-time position with a competitive estimated salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
