Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, maintenance management)
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong understanding of maintenance and reliability principles and practices
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
    • Experience with maintenance management software and tools
