Key Responsibilities- Greet patients and provide a warm and welcoming experience
- Answer phones, take messages, and return calls in a timely and professional manner
- Schedule patient appointments and register patients for visits and procedures
- Collect patient payments and provide accurate receipts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least one year of customer service experience preferred
- At least one year of experience in a medical or related field preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
