Job Title: CNA or HCA

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to join our team at Farrington Court Retirement Community. As a CNA or HCA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide medication assistance and support with daily living activities
  • Deliver personalized care and support to residents, including assistance with personal hygiene and daily routines
  • Respond to resident call lights and provide prompt assistance
  • Ensure residents receive an appropriate diet, taking into account their preferences, allergies, and dietary restrictions
  • Record vital signs as requested by staff and notify the nurse in charge of any changes in resident conditions
Requirements:
  • Current CNA or HCA certification
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine love for working with seniors and a commitment to providing exceptional care
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary: $22.00-$24.00 per hour (DOE)
