Job Title: CNA or HCA - Med Tech - Senior Living Community

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to join our team at Farrington Court Retirement Community. As a CNA or HCA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide medication assistance and support with daily living activities
  • Deliver exceptional resident care and support for daily activities of living (ADLs) and personal hygiene
  • Respond to patient call lights with a compassionate and helpful approach
  • Ensure residents receive an appropriate diet by understanding their preferences, allergies, and dietary restrictions
  • Record vital signs as requested by staff
  • Promptly notify the nurse in charge of any changes in resident conditions
Qualifications:
  • Current CNA or HCA certificate
  • Can-do attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond for our residents
  • Ability to work effectively both as a team and independently
  • Genuine love for seniors
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary $22.00-$24.00 per hour DOE

  • Two shifts are currently available: Monday & Tuesday 6am-2pm
