Crescent City Schools is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our educational leadership team, you will play a critical role in supporting students with challenging behaviors and developing effective behavior intervention plans.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans for students with challenging behaviors
- Collaborate with teachers and instructional assistants to design and implement effective behavioral and instructional programming
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
- Provide training and professional development on effective behavior interventions and strategies
- Collect and analyze data to inform behavior intervention plans and measure student progress
- Participate in daily, weekly, and quarterly meetings to discuss student achievement and progress
- Master's degree or higher in a Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) approved field
- BCBA Certification
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
- CPI training or willingness to be CPI-trained
- Belief in the mission and values of Crescent City Schools
- Experience working with students in urban settings and non-selective schools
