Work-Fit, an Alliance Physical Therapy Partner, is seeking an Exercise Physiologist to join our team. The staff model provides the injury prevention model: Symptom Intervention (SI), job conditioning, work-site visits and other prevention services.

**Job Summary:**
An Exercise Physiologist is responsible for designing and implementing exercise programs for individuals or groups of people. They work with clients to assess their fitness levels, develop goals, and create personalized exercise plans that are safe and effective.

**Responsibilities:**
* Assess clients' fitness levels and develop personalized exercise plans
* Monitor clients' progress and adjust exercise programs as needed
* Provide guidance and support to clients to help them achieve their fitness goals
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to ensure clients' overall health and well-being
* Maintain accurate records of clients' progress and communicate this information to clients and other healthcare professionals as needed

**Requirements:**
* Degree in exercise physiology or a related field
* Experience working with clients in a fitness or healthcare setting
* Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
