About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring their to-go orders are accurate and meet their expectations.
  • Manage To-Go Orders: Process to-go orders in a timely and accurate manner, handling cash, credit card transactions, and mobile payments with ease.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Ensure the to-go area is clean, organized, and meets health and safety standards, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless communication and a positive customer experience.
  • Meet Sales and Productivity Goals: Meet or exceed sales and productivity targets, contributing to the success of the restaurant.
