About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Florida Orthopaedic Institute. As a key member of our orthopedic rehabilitation team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to our mission of delivering world-class orthopedic care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Physical Therapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic conditions and injuries.
  • Provide hands-on rehabilitation services, including exercises, gait training, and assistive device instruction, to help patients achieve optimal mobility and function.
  • Document patient progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
  • Act as a clinical instructor and supervisor for Physical Therapist Assistant students, promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in orthopedic rehabilitation.
