Job Title: Physical Therapist Assistant

At All Medical Personnel, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. As a PTA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.

Job Summary:

The Physical Therapist Assistant will work closely with our Physical Therapists to deliver high-quality patient care, conduct thorough assessments, and develop effective treatment plans. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and compassionate individual to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed assessments of patients' medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and rehabilitation potential.
  • Collaborate with all disciplines to evaluate team goals and objectives.
  • Assist the Physical Therapist in providing required services and developing treatment plans.
  • Establish and administer treatment programs with realistic and achievable goals.
Qualifications:
  • 6 months of recent experience in a physical therapy setting.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy or a related field.
  • BLS Certification.
  • Active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
  • Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism when interacting with patients, families, physicians, and hospital staff members.
