Job Overview

This role is ideal for someone with experience in garment manufacturing and a strong background in order processing and shipping.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing orders from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate processing and shipping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage orders, including invoicing and shipping documents
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and shipping
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Manage and maintain inventory levels, including receiving and stocking
  • Perform general office duties, including data entry and administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in garment manufacturing or a related field
