About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Environmental Technician to join our team in Northwest Iowa and South Minnesota. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Job Description

This role involves working as part of our Air and Process Team, assisting with air quality monitoring associated with Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) monitoring programs and other regulatory compliance activities in an industrial setting.

You will be responsible for conducting field-based work, which may involve walking and standing for extended periods, as well as working comfortably at heights. Due to the outdoor nature of this role, you must be able to work in all weather conditions.

The successful candidate will have approximately 40 hours per week of work, with flexible scheduling. Additionally, there may be up to 50% - 80% overnight nationwide travel required, with per diem provided.

Qualifications
  • You must be at least 18 years old and have a clean driving record and current driver's license.
  • You must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
  • Acceptable employment history with a demonstrated commitment to safe work practices.
  • Acceptable written and oral communication skills, with a strong desire to build successful relationships with clients and project team members.
  • Technical and problem-solving skills, including attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A basic mechanical aptitude and an independent work ethic.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
