Position Overview: This opportunity is for a dedicated and skilled Civil Litigation Counsel to become an integral part of a reputable legal firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all stages of civil litigation from initial filing to final resolution.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to inform case strategies.
- Draft, review, and submit various legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery materials.

Qualifications:
