GROVE CITY ENDODONTICS, INC is looking for an experienced Endodontic Assistant Coordinator to join our team. This dynamic individual will be responsible for supporting our endodontic specialists and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical services.

About the Role:

  • Coordinate scheduling, organization, and logistics for endodontic treatments, working closely with dentists and other clinical staff.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive patient charts, documenting medical and dental histories, vital signs, and treatment plans.
  • Prepare and sterilize equipment, materials, and operatories, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
  • Collaborate with front office staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient appointments and records.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for growth and recommending process enhancements.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; dental assistant experience and knowledge of dental software programs a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing demands, and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including patients, dentists, and administrative staff.
