Job Summary:

We are seeking a Program Management Analyst to support our Department of Homeland Security (DHS) customer. This position will provide program support of the DHS SAFETY Act, including review and adjudication of a high volume of applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide program and project management support for SAFETY Act case management work.
  2. Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
  3. Support client and team meetings through preparing agendas, developing meeting minutes, and tracking actions and deliverables.
  4. Support stakeholder engagement and outreach events across working group stakeholders and partners.
  5. Review informational requests from Department leadership, Congress, or other federal stakeholders and support coordination and development of timely responses.
  6. Conduct basic research on technical topics as assigned and prepare summary reports of briefings on findings.
  7. Lead development and management of all program and business office documentation and files.
  8. Perform periodic quality control activities, such as peer review of documents.
  9. Lead document management workflows and coordination.
  10. Assist in establishing internal process for DHS records (hardcopy and electronic) and attend meetings regarding federally mandated Records Management guidance as needed.
  11. Write and review reports, memos, and presentation materials.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Experience supporting government or business programs.
  • Effective problem-solver.
  • Ability to clearly communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments.
  • Strong understanding of MS Office Suite and SharePoint, MS Teams, and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
  • This position requires the ability to acquire a SECRET clearance.
Target Salary Range:

$59,934 - $
