We are looking for a friendly and energetic individual to assist in daily operations. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, guiding cars onto the track, and performing visual inspections of vehicles.

**Responsibilities:**
* Assist customers with menu options and payment
* Provide information and benefits of the fast pass program
* Guide cars onto the track with a focused and pleasant demeanor
* Perform visual inspections of vehicles prior to entering the tunnel
* Be proficient with all policies and procedures
* Keep the property spotlessly clean and organized
* Address customer concerns in a professional manner
* Work safely and report safety or maintenance issues
* Other duties as assigned

* Ability to stand/walk for duration of shift
* Work in all weather conditions
