About the Role

The Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression is seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing Specialist to join its Administration team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing our email marketing program and ensuring it advances our institutional goals and maintains industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Email Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive email marketing strategy that aligns with our organizational goals and objectives.
  • Email Marketing Automation: Build and manage email marketing automation for different audiences, including journeys for specific departments.
  • Email List Management: Manage our email marketing platform/database, Pardot, and maintain our email and domain reputations for superior deliverability and adherence to spam laws and best practices.
  • Email Campaign Execution: Plan, create, and execute email campaigns that engage our subscribers and drive results.
  • Email Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze email campaign performance using Google Analytics and UTM codes, and provide regular reports on key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in email marketing, with a focus on automation and analytics.
  • Skills: Proven experience with email marketing platforms, such as Pardot, and a strong understanding of email marketing automation, A/B testing, and multivariate testing.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
