Restaurant General Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Previous experience as a successful general manager in the restaurant industry is preferred (min 2yrs).
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, create a positive work environment, and drive results.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a passion for ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
  • High Standards: Demonstrate a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate the needs of the business.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional off-site tasks.
