Position Title: Practical Nursing Specialist - Overnight Shift

Incentive:
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus (pro-rated based on hours)

Compensation:
$41 - $47 per hour (inclusive of shift differential)

Employment Type:
Part-Time

Working Hours:
11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Flexible

Role Overview:
As a Practical Nursing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals on their path to recovery from substance use disorders. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering non-invasive medical care and managing medical evaluations to assess patients' withdrawal levels using evidence-based protocols.
  • Engaging in a collaborative nursing team of 2-3 to ensure effective care coordination and case management.
  • Maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment by applying nursing skills and experience to meet best practice standards.
  • Administering medications, conducting counts, and ensuring accurate documentation of treatment in the Electronic Health Record.
  • Monitoring and addressing co-occurring conditions in patients as needed.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.
