- Must have successfully completed a residency or fellowship in neurosurgery.
- Be board certified or eligible in the appropriate specialty.
- Obtain and maintain an unrestricted Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration.
- Hold a current and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the applicable state.
