Responsibilities
  • Provide medical services to patients in accordance with customary practice standards and within the qualifications and experience of the physician.

Requirements
  • Must have successfully completed a residency or fellowship in neurosurgery.

  • Hold a current and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the applicable state.
