We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team of talented engineers who work on cutting-edge systems and technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with diverse engineering design teams to provide imaginative technical solutions to complex problems. This role requires strong leadership characteristics, systems thinking, and working knowledge of the full development life-cycle processes.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a science, technology, engineering, or mathematics discipline from an accredited university, and 0 years of experience in engineering. Familiarity with working with electronic equipment and an active DoD Secret clearance are also required. Additionally, the ability to obtain program access (PAR) within a reasonable amount of time is necessary.

Responsibilities of this position include developing, maintaining, and executing test plans for products ranging from components to sub-assemblies to vehicle-level systems. Operating and/or supporting complex test systems and specialized test equipment are also key aspects of this role. The candidate will support Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations and updates to Interface Control Documents (ICDs), Interface Change Notices (ICNs), technical manuals, technical specifications, and system/subsystem documentation for the customer/end user.

The estimated salary range for this position is $68,100 - $102,100. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Additional benefits include health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
