About the Job
This exciting opportunity is for a Psychiatrist to join our team in Washington, D.C. As a key member of our client's multidisciplinary treatment team, you will provide comprehensive psychiatric services to patients at Saint Elizabeth's Hospital, including diagnostic assessments, medication management, and psychotherapy. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide psychiatric services to patients, including diagnostic assessments, medication management, and psychotherapy
* Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Participate in peer review privileging and competency assessment processes to ensure high-quality care
* Contribute to quality improvement initiatives to enhance access, availability, and effectiveness of services

Requirements
* Board certification in psychiatry or eligibility for board certification
* Current licensure in the District of Columbia
* Experience working in an inpatient psychiatric setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
