**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Electrode Engineering Manager to lead our Electrode Design and Performance teams in Somerville, MA. As a key member of our Technology group, you will be responsible for managing and growing a world-class team of engineers that designs and validates Form Energy's electrodes.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage and grow a team of engineers that designs and validates Form Energy's electrodes
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize performance, design for manufacturability, cost, and reliability
  • Work with consulting companies, vendors, manufacturing engineers, and technical operations to transition designs from the prototype stage to high-volume production
  • Drive verification testing of your team's design work

**Requirements**

  • Degree in Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field; with 7+ years of industry experience
  • Experience taking a storage product from concept through mass-production
  • Hands-on practical experience with electrochemical system design
  • Demonstrated experience leading, managing, and mentoring direct reports
  • Strong technical communication skills, especially with external parties and across internal functional teams
