Nursing Director Position in Vancouver, Washington

In this position, you will support the organization's philosophy of care and lead our nursing management team. You will oversee the implementation of effective treatment plans and ensure seamless communication with external review organizations. Your expertise in patient assessments, family motivations, and treatment planning will drive positive outcomes for our patients.
We are seeking a dedicated and goal-oriented individual to join our team. A postgraduate degree in nursing or a related field is required. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and CPR certification are also essential. Experience working in psychiatric health care facilities, particularly with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, and geriatric patients, is preferred.
This is a staff employment type position with a salary range of $65 - $68 per hour. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes affordable medical, dental, and vision plans, up to 16 days of PTO, 6 paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
