Job Summary

Floor & Decor Holdings, Inc. is seeking a skilled Retail Sales Associate - Decorative Expert to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing expert product knowledge, and contributing to a fast-paced and safe work environment.

Salary Range
$18.00 USD - $25.00 USD per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

As a Retail Sales Associate - Decorative Expert, you will be responsible for connecting with customers, understanding their project needs, and recommending our products to exceed their expectations. You will maintain a clean and well-stocked sales department, work collaboratively with management and team members to achieve sales goals, and process customer transactions accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with management and team members to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean and well-stocked sales department, and process customer transactions accurately.
  • Maintain a safe and secure work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including the creation of attractive displays and promotional materials.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.


Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Proven customer service experience, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, management, and team members.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, with frequent lifting and carrying of products.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, with frequent walking and moving throughout the sales floor.
