About the Role
The Lot Technician II is a key member of the Yoder Family of Companies team, responsible for maintaining a clean and professional lot appearance and inventory. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and Detail Vehicles: Thoroughly clean and detail vehicles for delivery to customers once sold, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Lot Maintenance: Assist with landscaping and snow/ice removal when necessary, and maintain the overall appearance of the lot.
- Inventory Management: Organize and execute lot rodeos on a weekly basis, update lot inventory checklists, and notify management upon completion.
- Vehicle Preparation: Wipe down showroom cars weekly, assure cars are aligned neatly, and adjust them when necessary.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by ensuring vehicles are clean and ready for delivery, and addressing any customer concerns or issues.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete department-specific project assignments, and assist with other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in sales and/or detail shop is preferred.
