Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Internal Resource Pool team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings and with a diverse range of patients, while also enjoying the flexibility and autonomy that comes with being part of a dynamic and innovative organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care: You will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, including assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams: You will work closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives: You will contribute to ongoing quality improvement efforts, including identifying areas for improvement and developing and implementing solutions.
  • Develop and maintain clinical skills: You will stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices, and you will participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your clinical skills.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts: You must be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • Minimum 1 year of RN experience: You must have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Specialty certification preferred: While not required, specialty certification is preferred.
