Job Description

A career-defining opportunity awaits at Faith Technologies Incorporated (FTI) as a Digital Platform Administrator I. This pivotal role within the Marketing Communications team is responsible for the day-to-day administration and support of digital platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal project team members and stakeholders to deliver accurate and timely results for company-wide information sharing.
  • Create SharePoint page layouts and forms with a creative eye, providing an intuitive user experience.
  • Develop, test, and maintain PowerApps forms and Power Automate flows.
  • Manage the SharePoint site inventory, ensuring new and updated site content is readily available.
  • Assist with administrating the FTI Team Member mobile app, including adding/updating banner messages and maintaining app links.
  • Research new technologies, processes, and procedures to support continuous improvement professionally and within the digital platform space.
  • Serve as the primary contact for digital platform user questions, support, and training needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in business analytics, web-based application support, and SharePoint administration.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint, PowerApps & Power Automate, and programming concepts.
  • Strong technical aptitude with an eye for design and user experience.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • A customer-focused approach to support and problem-solving.
