About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at INTEGRIS Health. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of surgical procedures, providing exceptional care to patients, and working collaboratively with surgeons and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a sterile environment and ensure the proper handling of instruments and equipment.
  • Assist surgeons and other medical staff during procedures, providing support and ensuring the safe and efficient execution of surgical tasks.
  • Prepare and maintain surgical equipment, instruments, and supplies, adhering to strict sterile and aseptic techniques.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination during procedures.
  • Participate in pre- and post-operative patient care, ensuring the highest level of patient safety and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • BCLS certification within 120 days of employment.
  • Graduate certificate from an accredited surgical technology program or 6 months of experience as a surgical technologist.
  • Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
