Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team for a part-time position with flexible hybrid options. This role involves working 40 hours per month, with 10 hours dedicated each week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Occupational Therapy Services: Provide in-person occupational therapy services to students, focusing on individualized care plans.
  • Conduct Assessments and Develop Treatment Plans: Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff virtually to support student progress.
  • Attend Meetings and Manage Paperwork: Attend IEP meetings, document student progress, and manage paperwork through virtual platforms.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations for occupational therapy in schools.

Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy: A Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
  • Active Occupational Therapy License: An active Occupational Therapy license in the state of Arizona is required.
  • Experience in a School Setting: Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
  • Strong Organizational and Communication Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
  • Ability to Work Independently: The ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environment is essential.
