Job Summary:We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our long-term care facility. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Assess patients' needs and health status through physical assessments, observations, and interviews.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
- Administer medications and treatments, and monitor their effectiveness.
- Provide direct patient care, including wound care, vital sign monitoring, and medication management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in electronic medical records.
- Participate in orientation and training of new team members.
- Communicate patient needs and concerns to families and healthcare teams.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest nursing practices and technologies through ongoing education and training.
- Active Minnesota RN license or ability to obtain upon hire.
- Experience in long-term care preferred, but not required.
