Position: Employee Benefits Account Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate account management in collaboration with the Account Manager
- Oversee data entry for insurance platforms
- Assist the Account Manager during pre-renewal activities
- Perform clerical duties and manage correspondence for accounts
- Process requests for certificates of insurance
- Monitor account cancellation and reinstatement processes
- Gain familiarity with forms and their purposes
- Conduct business with professionalism and a willingness to learn
- Prepare various documents related to insurance
- Review and manage change requests
- Maintain precise records and documentation
- Participate in industry-related training sessions
