Position: Employee Benefits Account Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate account management alongside the Account Manager
  • Oversee data entry for insurance provider systems
  • Assist the Account Manager during pre-renewal activities
  • Manage administrative tasks and correspondence related to accounts
  • Process requests for certificates of insurance
  • Monitor account cancellation and reinstatement processes
  • Gain insight into the purpose of various forms and documentation
  • Conduct business with professionalism and a willingness to learn
  • Prepare a variety of insurance-related documentation
  • Review and implement change requests
  • Maintain precise records and documentation
  • Participate in industry-related training sessions
  • Comply with company policies and standards

Essential Skills:

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience
